You can request deletion of your NeoGraft account or personal data at any time, without needing to reinstall the NeoGraft India app.
How to request deletion
Email neograftoffice@gmail.com with the subject line “Account/Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account, order, or consultation. Please include only enough information for us to locate your record, such as your name and the email or phone number used with us.
What to include in your request
- Your name
- The email address or phone number used for your account, order, or consultation
- What you would like deleted: website account, consultation data, marketing data, or all eligible data
- Your order number, if applicable
- Any additional details that help us find your record
Please do not send your password, OTP, payment PIN, or full card or bank details in your request. We will never ask you for this information to process a deletion request.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request, for example by confirming details that match our records. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise your eligible account and data. We do not publish deletion requests or submissions publicly.
What we may need to keep
Some information, such as transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or clinical records, may need to be retained for a period after your request in order to meet applicable legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, even after your account or other data has been deleted or anonymised.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge and act on deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible. If you have not heard back from us within a reasonable time, please follow up using the same email address.
